Marathons.
Training for three marathons was one of the most transformative chapters of my life. It began as a physical challenge but became something much deeper — a journey through grief, self-discovery, and resilience. I was guided by someone I deeply admired, and when that connection ended, I felt an immense loss that went far beyond sport. Running became my way of processing what words couldn’t express — each mile a conversation with silence, each finish line a small act of healing. What started as training turned into therapy, and what broke me open also taught me how to rebuild myself — stronger, steadier, and more self-reliant than ever.
